1. Welcome to Hoserr

Hoserr is a platform for adult beginner hockey players to find games, review rinks, track progress, trade gear, and connect with their community. By using Hoserr, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. Simple enough.

2. Your Account

You need an account to use most Hoserr features. Sign up with accurate info — a real email, an honest skill level, and your actual location. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure. One account per person. No bots, no scraping, no pretending to be someone you’re not.

3. Be Decent

Hoserr is built for beginners. That means: no harassment, no hate speech, no doxxing, no threats, no spam, and no chirping that crosses from fun to cruel. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules. Report anything that feels wrong using the built-in report tools or by emailing hello@hoserr.com.

4. Your Content

You own your content — reviews, posts, listings, progress logs. By posting on Hoserr, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform. You can delete your content at any time. Don’t post anything you don’t have the rights to share.

5. Gear Listings

Hockey Garage connects buyers and sellers. Hoserr is not a party to any transaction — we don’t handle payments, guarantee items, or mediate disputes. Meet in safe, public places (rink lobbies work great). Use good judgment. If something seems off, report it.

6. Rink Reviews

Reviews should be honest and based on your own experience. Don’t post fake reviews, don’t review rinks you haven’t been to, and keep it constructive. Rink operators can request removal of defamatory content.

7. Availability

We try to keep Hoserr running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, break, or get retired. We’ll try to give notice for major changes. Scheduled maintenance happens at off hours because we play hockey too.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hoserr is provided as-is. We’re not liable for: gear deals gone sideways, rink conditions that don’t match a review, matchmaking mismatches, or any damages from using the service. Use your head. This is beer-league hockey, not a contract with the NHL.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, spam the platform, or threaten other users. We’ll try to warn you first, but repeated or severe violations get immediate action.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as Hoserr evolves. We’ll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
